We temporarily store videos, images, captions, hashtags, and scheduling metadata that you upload or create within the platform, for the purpose of publishing them at your specified time.
We automatically collect IP addresses, browser and device type, pages visited, and timestamps to maintain security, diagnose issues, and improve the Service.
If you contact our support team, we retain records of that communication to resolve your issue and improve our services.
